Shipping & Returns
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and availability of the product. Shipping charges depend on weight & location. Shipping charges will be borne by AB FRAGRANCES up to Rs. 100/-
Yes, international shipping is available to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery time may vary based on destination.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment's progress.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if: The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at delivery. The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. The perfume bottle must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10-12 business days. If your order was paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), a bank transfer or store credit will be arranged.
Yes, we offer replacements only for damaged or defective items. Please contact us with your order details and evidence of the issue.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
