Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if: The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at delivery. The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. The perfume bottle must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10-12 business days. If your order was paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), a bank transfer or store credit will be arranged.
Yes, we offer replacements only for damaged or defective items. Please contact us with your order details and evidence of the issue.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
